「good outstand staff and clean room」

「It was clean and ac unit worked great」

「Breakfast was fine. Room didn’t feel & look as clean as would’ve liked. Not enough towels, no stopper for tub, water temperature was like one temp. Toilet didn’t flush every time.」

「Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.」

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

「Khalia at the front desk was so helpful. She helped me straighten out my reservation that I accidentally booked twice and was able to get my second one canceled. The room was very clean and a/c nice and cold during our stay. This was the second time staying at the property and I would definitely stay again!」
