“The property is in a great location where you could walk into Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants. It had all the amenities that you needed.”

“We love secret harbor. We got married here and returned for our 5th anniversary this year. I must admit it is expensive compared to other resorts on the island but it has EVERYTHING! The beach is quiet and chairs, umbrellas and towels are included rather than an extra cost. The snorkeling right off the shore is amazing! If you don't have your own equipment there is a dive shop on property. Rental was only 15$ a day. My husband and i took an intro scuba dive which he LOVED! no experience needed.……

“The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

“Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird.”

“It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. There is also no laundry soap or……
