「Lovely stay at St.Moritz! A lot bigger than we realised but very nice. Lovely clean room & excellent bathroom. Everything we needed. Lovely fresh milk, quality biscuits and water in the fridge. It is called a cosy room but it was a lovely, well laid out room and the bathroom & shower was a good size. Lovely quality bedding, pillows etc. We loved the swimming pool, showers and changing rooms - great. The outside jacuzzi which you swim out through the pool doors to get too. We could have stayed...

「Very good view of the harbour.Didn’t like the stairs,Low beams.Needs brighter signs warning of low beams would help.Kept banging my head Could do with better selection of food.poor breakfast very greasy.Staff very friendly Had issue when we arrived as our room was given to another couple.Fair play to senior staff They moved the couple to another room.They had to get us some more biscuits as they had eaten them.」

「The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit during our stay. Our room was beautiful, with some lovely touches. We had a coffee maker and yummy biscuits in our room. We also had dry robes in the wardrobe to use at the beach over the road. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was dinner. 「It was a novel experience to stay in a converted jail. The breakfast was great and the service was overall very good. As a practical stay with two young kids I found the rooms to be on the small side (perhaps expected for a converted jail) and not so comfortable as a place to just unwind after a day of sightseeing. I would perhaps recommend it for a one night stay, just to try it out, but not for longer.」

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. 「on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.」
