"Clean room and friendly staff. There was a large patch of ice outside our door that made it tricky getting in and out of the room safely."

"Property is pet friendly... we met a lovely, senior lab at the elevator. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable."

"First room #31 the key did Not work. Had the maid open with her key. Room was wretched with cigarette smoke smell. Maid claimed key only work's sometimes. Went back to the office and was given rm#29. Place wasn't clean. Balls of black hair on the carpet.Dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. Mildew on the wallpaper up near the ceiling of the shower. Bedside lamp wouldn't work. Want to the office for towels and they kept saying that they didn't know what room we were . Same girl registered us in and they were not busy. Claimed that we were in the new building. The door trim was off and you could see the outside and it's was -16c feeling like -22c. Would never recommend nor will we ever return. "
