「I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing.
The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right....

> For a 5-star hotel like Radisson, this kind of poor maintenance and bad management attitude is completely...

「New Hotel
Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction.
Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...
