“Near by town shops and pubs. Nice and quiet ”

“Clean but had a lot of flies.Smelled damp in downstairs bedroom.Bathroom needs updating”

“We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……

“Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well. Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later. The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out. Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat.”

“Fantastic amazing outstanding”

“A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. A bit worried about parking the car, but got the hang of it, a bit tricky. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great place, minutes from a fantastic beach.”

“Brilliant and located in very quiet rural hamlet. Just what we needed after a day on the race track”

“A beautiful little cottage surrounded by countryside and very well appointed. Private parking. All amenities provided. Spotlessly clean. Totally private and very relaxing. The sounds of the countryside are all that you can hear and at night it is pitch black lightened only by the moon and and stars. Bliss 😊”

“Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. ”

“We loved our stay at the old stables. Property was lovely and cosy, with a nice secure garden for the dogs. The little one loved the hot tub which was a great addition. Louise the owner is super friendly and on hand should anything be needed. Location was great, out the way enough to be quite and private but local enough to shops, town and the gorgeous beaches. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay Lou x”

“I booked this property through Expedia expecting the accommodation shown in the listing. Unfortunately, the apartment we received was materially different from what was advertised. The listing created the impression of views towards the seafront promenade and Arnold Palmer's Putting Course, but instead our apartment overlooked an enormous overflowing skip. The property was described as a "Well-Appointed Flat" with "modern amenities", "facilities to meet the needs of our guests" and "high……
