The ground floor also has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, while the other (with a folding door) has two beds and a work desk. Additionally, there is a sauna section with a separate entrance from outside, which includes a WC, a shower room, and an electric sauna.
On the upper floor, you will find a WC, a hall area, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has four beds and access to a balcony, while the other has two beds.
Between the villa and the stunning sandy beach runs a pedestrian and bicycle path, which is the only access to the property—there is no other car traffic. The beach is approximately 50 meters away.
Please note that the villa's multiple fireplaces are not currently in use.
