“I am happy to stay at Marble Arch Inn. again. Even though the toilet is small, but is fine for my daughter and I cuz we are skinny. The room is warm and the bed is comfortable. It's close to tube station, only a few mins walk. The staff is extremely helpful. If you don't carry your luggage upstairs, it's better not to ask for the room at ground floor, it gets noisy sometimes.”

“There is no airflow in basement room, I cannot even breath when I just opened the door.
I cannot imagine if I need to stay here for 2 nights!! I lost my control and immediately go to reception argued with staff there. He said this is the basement room in a very cheap price, no air conditioner is a must in London hotel. I understand air conditioner is not a must but it definitely stated in Expedia intro of this hotel!!
That means the Expedia information is wrong ??!!!

“I couldn’t travel due to the Tube strikes so a couple of days beforehand I asked to move the booking and requested they waived any charge but accepted I would pay the same price even if the cost of the room was less on a new date. I knew there was a risk I’d lose my money but it was worth a conversation.
Despite several attempts to contact them they totally ignored both me and Hotels.com until the day when they said they told Hotels.com they wouldn’t accept anything and I’d be charged the full……
