「The staff are amazing and the room is spotless. 」

「My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We got to have the room 7 which is at the top. We had a nice view to the street and also a small window for the sky. Breakfast was fantastic. Made by a cook at 8 am and we also had bananas, apples, juices, including a nice coffee machine. They also gave us the opportunity to leave our bags and go to explore the city in our last day. The zone is nice, you have a nice market on a walking distance, the area is safe, and you have 2 metro stations really...

「When I checked in I think the gentleman tried speaking slowly to make me understand easier cause I am a foreigner. It’s an old historical hotel and I think the founder love poem, I can see from the declaration. Anyway they provided the best breakfast. 」

「I couldn’t travel due to the Tube strikes so a couple of days beforehand I asked to move the booking and requested they waived any charge but accepted I would pay the same price even if the cost of the room was less on a new date. I knew there was a risk I’d lose my money but it was worth a conversation.
