「Great location! Staff were great and check in was so nice! Really appreciated the ice cold drink on check in and so nice of them to carry our heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs for us! So friendly and thoughtful! Great location and great room with A/C and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!」

「I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads. Dirty crumpled paper under mattress topper?,milk and drink accessories not topped up daily . Picnic tables 6 ft from room windows so very noisy at night. Dead plants and plastic flower...
