“Disappointed and will NOT recommend I contacted the Parklane directly before my trip , double confirmed it was 2x bed rooms , 2 bathrooms. however, only 1 bathroom. a Stair inside the room, BUT no one mentioned it during my conversation to hotel before booking, and no indication in webpage. Absolute not enough HOT water for bathing in Feb 2-8 degree . One good thing is best location. ”

“The location was perfect for visiting central London, with easy access to major attractions and transport links. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The price is very fair considering the quality of the apartment and its excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Excellent stay, quiet room and good food. I suggest staying in the main building, as the annexe is far from everything, and the path between the annexe and the main building can get slippery on rainy days (and it rains a lot in England). The wine list and beer selection need improvement.”

“Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.”
