"Made a reservation using Expedia Friday morning. I tried calling several times within an hour of arriving within the advertised lobby hours but no one answered. When I got there no one was in the lobby and a posted sign said they were sold out so I had to find another hotel, the nearest of which which had openings was 50 minutes away."

"The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. They were courteous and kind about asking if we needed anything during our stay. The breakfast was so nice to have. The coffee ☕️ was always hot and available - even after hours in the eating area. A huge bonus!! Only bummers: we had to ask for more towels for the room, garbage bags, tp 炙 and the bubbles were not working for the hot tub. Otherwise, definitely will book again! Thank you to Ashok and Amar! The MN/ND families"
