“Check in was a breeze. Quick and painless. It was nice to park right outside your room. Room was ok. Needs updating but was ok. Worst part of the room was the placement of the air conditioner. It was just a couple of feet from the bed so it blew on the bed. Not good for most people. Even worse for people with arthritis and other health issues.”

“The hotel was decent. When we arrived to check in that evening, there was no one at the front desk. We ran the bell that they had there and no one came. We waited for 15 min in the lobby for a staff person to come so we could check in. The staff was friendly but just didn't seem to understand the importance of having someone at the front desk, not only for check ins but also for security purposes.
