"This place is beautiful. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here to visit my son and grandson. It has everything you need. The location is in walking distance to all the great downtown restaurants and shops. It’s quiet, the kitchen has everything, comfortable beds, a tv in every room, nice deck, great communication with property contacts if you need anything. I highly recommend it."

"Decent place except the sofa was stained and wore down. Very noise furnace right in the bedroom. Didn’t help with sleeping. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Bathroom also had old peeling paint which was not very appealing. Pool water temp a little chilly and very salty/chlorine levels may have been off."

The zoo, Lauritzen Gardens and the Durham Museum were all very close. Driving around was very easy. The condo was stunning and a lot of thought went into comfort. The hosts were quick to communicate. "This property is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our family early Christmas. A great deal of thought was put into catering to guests needs. (Universal multiple charging cords in every bedroom.) Everything was clean and well maintained. We rent frequently in the Omaha and Lincoln area to visit our kids and grandkids and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The high end furnishings and decor are top notch. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Property was nice and neat, with the exception on some cobwebs here and there. Needed some paper towels but was stocked otherwise. Did not receive instructions for check in process so we had to call the host upon arrival to find out how to enter the rental. We had no issues otherwise. We would stay again."
