「Husband and I were very happy with our room. Ladies were nice at checkout desk. Able to check in a few minutes early. Room was spacious and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Room was in good shape. Definitely will stay here again when back in area. 」

「Our room was upgraded to a room with a hot tub and fireplace and while the fireplace did not work my husband thought the hot tub was excellent, using it almost each night when we arrived back at the hotel after walking all day. The are was nice and quiet and this hotel is conveniently located near the outlets in Pigeon Forge and Walmart (in case you forgot something). Overall I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay here again.」

「Great place to stay! Room was very clean, the property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Hotel was sold out but you never knew as the place was very quiet. Enjoyed the hot breakfast options each day! 」

「I have stayed at dozens of hotels in the general Sevierville area and I have not returned to a single one. I will be returning back to this Fairfield because it was clean, friendly, and quiet. I’m sure it will probably be updated soon, based on other Fairfield locations I’ve stayed at, but it still maintained the reputation of the brand. 」

「The front desk clerks were awesome. I had made a mistake on the date when booking my room through Expedia and Darryl helped me correct this problem. I ended up staying 4 nights there. Darryl is AWESOME! He was always helpful, smiling, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the other front desk clerk Kevin one night. He was awesome too! Both of these young men are an asset to this business. Clean rooms. 」
