「Great value in this stay. The room was very clean which is the most important aspect that matters to us. I could tell by talking to the staff that they take pride in how well they prep their rooms.」

「Small rural town but several good places to eat, staff recommended some. Chose this town on visit to see the famous mounds because of low crime rates compared to many other towns in the region, perhaps it is because Henderson town has a religious college. Room was quite clean, though maybe some chipped paint, a little carpet fraying, worn edges on some furniture. Heat pump worked perfect, with digital controls. Pictures of lobby and rooms are accurate. Pool was drained as it was not yet open...

「Horrible place to stay. They say the room sleeps four people but will make you pay extra if you have more than two. Also they say pets stay free but charge a ridiculous pet fee after you get there. The owner made me intensely uncomfortable by coming to my door repeatedly to ask questions I’d already answered, to ask if I needed anything when I’d already told him I didn’t, and finally to accuse me of having extra people in my room when I was clearly alone. I did not feel safe. I will not stay...

「We were in town for a wedding, by far we had the most convenient location. This place is awesome. The renovation and decor are amazing. Super clean, great use of space. Loved all the rooms. Would have liked to had access to a closet to hang up some clothing but not a huge deal. All in all we loved it. Probably the best vacation rental we have had thus far in our family travels. Great Value!」
