◘ MOUNTAIN ROADS & PARKING - Steep, narrow roads; tight driveway. Max 5 vehicles. Drive carefully.
◘ QUIET HOURS - Peaceful community. No parties/loud music. Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.
◘ PETS - Up to 2 pets (<40 lbs) with $250 fee. No beds/furniture, never unattended, leash outdoors, clean up.
◘ NO SMOKING/VAPING - Not allowed anywhere on property.
◘ GUESTS - Only registered guests allowed. Visitors require approval. Max occupancy applies.
◘ WILDLIFE - Bears & animals nearby. No food/trash outside. Keep a distance.
◘ NATURE - Insects/critters may appear despite pest control.
◘ WATER & SEPTIC - Well water safe. Flush toilet paper only—no wipes/products. No grease/chemicals in drains.
