“The room we stayed is absolutely value for money. The transportation via bus and underground is very convenient.”

“It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. ”

“No tuve contacto con el host. Todo fue por código y llaves electrónicas. Sin embargo, el estudio era muy cómodo y el uso de los servicios era intuitivo.”

“Sadly so much went wrong on my stay with 2 young children..The air con leaked water and therefore the room was extremrly hot as in the attic..The windows couldn't be opened fully as unsafe for my child. We were moved to another room but in that room there was no hot water. Then a man entered our room using the key pad but left when he saw us. Feeling very unsafe (as the staff I spoke to coukd not trsce doen eho it was) we moved again to the previous room and my children went to sleep far too……

“Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“房間十分整潔，設備齊全，房間內竟然有洗衣機。 雖然沒有冷氣，但有提供風扇，睡眠很舒適。 入住的房間也有露台，可以姍姍心。 除了洗衣機，房間內還有微波爐，洗碗機，膠囊咖啡機， 十分推薦入住。”

“We stayed four nights in a room with balc9ny and kitchen but with no bkf. The room is big and tidy. One if the two lifts was out of order during our period. Parking spaces are limited and we had to park elsewhere. Close to tourist spots.”
