「This locations was definetely not one I recommend. This was a last minute stay on a tight budget and we were exhausted from driving. We did not feel safe. We could hear everything outside and the room next to us. The staff was great and friendly but the facility needs major attention for basic maintenance.」

There was trash on concrete outside of the rooms. I was traveling with a church friend and my parents, so we had 2 different rooms. My parents had to get their pillow case changed because there was black stuff all over them. Myself and our friend stayed in the other room, there was no door on the bathroom and the hot water knob...

「This was a fantastic property and much nicer than being at a hotel for a week. The grounds are really pretty and the neighborhood is nice for walks. Erin was amazing and it was nice to have coffee in the morning, breakfast provided if you wanted it and a really quiet experience. Note that this is a house from the 1950s and modern amenities are there, but it's definitely like traveling back in time a little bit」

The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...
