"Hotel and rooms were pretty aged. Weird smell throughout hotel. Breakfast was ok, staff was friendly."

"Stay overall was good. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast tasted good, but was given a hassle by what i assume was a 3rd party restaurant. We had 3 adults, but only given 2 breakfasts. Tried to add a 3rd, and confusion ensued."

"The water that came out of the faucet in the bathroom was brown and rusty. My wife and mother-in-law couldn’t even brush their teeth. I have a picture of the water. I spent $400 to have my wife have rusty water in the sink and in the shower. Come on!!!!"

"Was given wrong room or should I say someone else's room as I walked in on them. Got a different room with no bedding and two washclothes. I mean giving someone a bed in a hotel with no blanket is like going to a coffee shop and only getting the cup. The place reeked of weed. People trash in the hallways. And no one there to help u with linens because you got to room after 10 o'clock. Terrible place!!!"

"Red Roof Inn used to be my spot when I visit Dearborn MI. I stayed at this location many times. No issues. No problem. I was suppose to stay 4/30-5/3 2026. I arrived early. I went to see if I could check in early and was told yes. I get the key and go to the room. I pull the sheets back. The sheets are disgusting, yellow spots and hair on the sheets. Carpet nasty. Chair nasty. Bathroom disgusting. No toilet paper or soap. The dresser was missing drawers. There was no phone, microwave or fridge. I went to the front to complain and was told I would have to upgrade the room to get a phone, fridge and microwave. I thought all rooms came with all three. Anyway to make a long story short....I was shown 3 more rooms. They all sucked. One had a bug crawling on the covers. I ended up leaving and coming back to get my stuff. I didn't feel safe. People were hanging outside my door."

"The hotel staff were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the only issue was the accessibility. My husband is in a wheelchair and the handicapped parking spots were not really near curb cutouts to make it easy to get a wheelchair on the sidewalks/entries into the property. So wheelchair accessibilty is a 2 out of 5 stars. Also, our shower did not work. We were not there long enough for this to be a huge issue, but the shower did not work."

"The room was really a studio apartment with a small but well equipped kitchen and a couch and desk in the bedroom and a bathroom with all the expected amenities. The breakfast was great--really tasty scrambled eggs--and the staff was friendly and helpful. "
