"Extremely clean hotel, updated facilities, directly across the street from a hospital. Parking is a bit steep but I understand why given the location. It’s a really nice hotel and I had a very nice stay. One suggestion would be for the hotel to have hot water available. The Keurigs in room don’t make plain hot water and every time I asked it seemed like a big inconvenience for the staff. Don’t understand why there wasn’t a simple carafe for people so we could help ourselves and avoid bothering the staff. I will say it also seemed like not enough people were working here. Everyone was lovely but there were too few people. Otherwise, a perfect experience. "
