「The host was non responsive and we never got to occupy the property. The phone number was out of service and email was never replied to. Totally ruined our plans as by the time it became clear we were not going to be able to stay there. There were no other equivalent properties available. Don't waste your time and vacation on this one.」

「When we made our reservation we were not told how to communicate with the owner. We didn’t know where to get the key or since it was a private residence if we needed any other supplies. We were given 3 numbers to call and left several messages but no one ever returned our calls. Because we couldn’t communicate with them it seemed sketchy. We didn’t go there and of course lost our money. Even though we explained the problem they wouldn’t refund our money. A very bad experience!」
