“We wanted a property that was central to London so we could easily access shops, restaurants and bars. The location was absolutely spot on for what we needed but more than that, it was clean, superbly presented, the perfect space, comfortable and had everything we needed. Despite being in a central location the area was so quiet and felt very safe. From the booking, communication in preparation for our stay, the check in and access to the property process and the actual stay it has been……

“Room is spacious, a small yet well functioned kitchen. Free good coffee available whole day”

“Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.”

“Bathroom was stinky and rooms were too hot at night to sleep. This apartment is above a bar therefore terrible noise late night of smashing empty beer bottles. I will not recommend anyone to live in this apartment.”

“Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs.”

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……

“Very good, clean, and comfortable room. The reception is very friendly and provided a lot of extra help to us.”

“Lovely studio apartment, great location. We were in the annex which didn’t have a lift so if travelling with heavy bags it may be worth double checking you’re booking the block that has a lift. It wasn’t clear in our check in detail text that we weren’t in the main building so that was a tad confusing. 1030 check out is a bit too early! Small things but lovely stay. Would recommend.”
