This 640 sq. ft. apartment boasts a private entrance and is a newly appointed getaway. The kitchen offers a scenic view of the Albemarle Sound, complemented by dramatic ceilings and coastal-themed furnishings and decor.
Guests can relish the side garden and a private outdoor beach right in back of the house. You're invited to kindle a fire in the fire pit (wood available for a nominal fee) or engage in a game of horseshoes on the beach. A 180 ft. pier features a picnic table over the water, and there's another on the beach, along with chairs, a swing, and a hammock. The back deck hosts a screened-in, covered outdoor dining area with grill.
A covered area for renters includes life jackets, eight kayaks, paddles, games, golf clubs for the putting area, cornhole, as well as fishing and crabbing gear, swim shoes, and an array of BBQ tools for the grill or open fire. Additionally, there are floating devices for water relaxation, five adult bicycles, and beach toys.
Our shallow water cove has a sandy bottom, with the pier's end at about 30 inches deep—ideal for children's play and adults alike. Venture out to the trees for a water depth of 4 to 5 feet. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off.
We also offer a wood-fired pizza experience for a fee. Participate as much as you wish, from making the pizza dough from scratch to selecting fresh toppings and cooking the pizza. We'll build the fire and assist as needed.
A seafood restaurant is just 10 minutes away, and the Biggs tournament golf course at Albemarle Plantation, featuring a marina and restaurants, is within a 5-minute drive.
