House is very comfortable and well maintained. The way the rooms are set up makes it a bit difficult with children as there are three rooms all connected and if someone is sleeping, then others can get trapped. Neighbors have a somewhat aggressive dog that made it difficult to let our dog out in the yard (not fully fenced, so neighbor dog came into our yard). The location is covenient and quiet, a great resting spot for all sorts of adventures in the area.
