Detached house. Ground floor: Living room (TV). Kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Shower room (washing machine). WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm), Bedroom 2 (1 queen-size bed (160x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm). WC with sink. Baby equipment. Electric heating at an additional cost. Sheets and towels not provided. Housekeeping service upon request. Private enclosed grounds. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking. In spring, arriving at the cottage is worthy of a Normandy postcard! This beautiful restored farmhouse adjoins an apple orchard where a herd of cows graze. The owner has taken care to respect the building's natural surroundings to recreate a bygone atmosphere. River fishing is available nearby. The cottage is also well-located, set back from the beaches and the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville.

The price does not include: charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment, baby equipment, enclosed grounds, barbecue, parking, garden, pets allowed, detached house.

La campagne proche de la mer

Très vielle bâtisse restaurée. 2 grandes chambres à l'étage, grand séjour, cuisine séparée bien équipée. Logement propre et bien équipé. Cours avec portail. Environnement champêtre à environ 5 km d'Agon Coutainville. Tout près du magnifique Havre de Régneville (mais pas de vue directe). Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Idéal pour un séjour reposant un peu en dehors de l'agitation du bord de mer.
