Cozy and clean! A lovely stay.

This property gave us easy access to hiking at Hadrian's Wall. It was quiet, comfortable and scenic.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and cosy, with all utensils etc needed for a week away in the country. There's plenty to see and do in the area, our host was very friendly and we enjoyed watching and hearing the ducks. Hadrian's Wall, Hexham, Wallington, Cragside and Kielder are all within in easy reach if you have a car. There's a local chippy and some nice independent shops in the nearby towns and villages.

Lovely place to stay.

Lovely place to stay. Highly relaxing, and so quiet and peaceful. Very friendly and professional owner. Couldn’t do enough for us. my wife and I are looking to return again in the near future. Stunning part of the country and well worth a visit at any time of the year. Highly recommended.

Nice house and good host made you feel welcome.

Nice house and good host made you feel welcome. Very quiet area. Local pub about 1.5 miles away serving great food and 2 hand pull local bitters.
