「I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized...

「We booked the property for our second night of 4, cycling Avon and Kennet Canal. We were hoping to arrive earlier than stated check in, to make use of fridge before we set off on our bikes for the day, Alex was extremely helpful and gracious in immediately responding to our request with a yes. Everything was ready, clean and fresh, everything as listed and set out in the welcome message. Hot tub was fantastic, great after our 36 mile ride on canal tow path. The cabin was peaceful and private and...

「Staying at this precious cottage in Bath felt like a dream come true. The rooms are just as lovely as they look in the photos. The exterior of the whole cottage is stunning. It is also situated in the most perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the bus stop to get into Bath city center. It’s also a quick walk to stop in to stores to grab little essentials like water or snacks or even a drink at a pub. Be sure to stop by Prior Park Landscape Gardens while you’re there! 「Excellent apartment in a very convenient location to explore the town of Bath. Was lovely and clean. Also, although central was not overly loud at night (apart from children in apartment above running around towards the end of the stay) - the flat is actually a lot larger than appears in the pictures. A few minor issues that were responded to quickly by host. After spending a week at this apartment, we can say we had a great stay - only thing I would advise is that as it's a downstairs flat,...

"Sally is very kind and friendly. The environment and facilities were perfect."

"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."

"The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped me go downstairs with my husband. I must give a big "thank you" to this kind gentleman. I suggest a wheelchair should be added in your hotel to move those in need. Ramps would also be helpful for visitors moving their luggage in such an old building."
