"The home was exactly as pictured, and ready to host guests. We appreciated how clean and spacious it was, and that there was plenty of room for everyone to congregate or relax separately. This home is not managed by an individual but by a larger company. In the past, homes managed by a larger group have not been a positive experience for me, but this team was certainly different. They were prompt with responses and assistance during normal business hours, and easy to chat with. Be sure to notice that the home is not in Asheville, but was a short drive to major attractions and there are stores close by for necessities. I would recommend a stay at the cottage retreat. "
