“My parents stayed there during a winter storm when they were afraid they might lose power in their home. They enjoyed the accessible room with the roomy bathroom and walk-in shower. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here! Long weekend with the family so we reserved a larger room with a wet bar. It was perfect. Beds were not too firm and very comfortable. Nice linen and plenty of towels. Our only complaint with the room was that the electrical sockets and USB ports need to be inspected on a regular basis to make sure they all work. Only one of the electrical sockets and one of the ports were working and when you have 3 adults and one child all with devises queuing for the outlets……

“This is a return visit to this area for us. We liked this hotel so much the first time, we decided it would be our go-to place to stay when visiting Asheville. Service is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous. And the rooms are comfortable and spotless.”

“Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. ”

“We chose this hotel because of proximity to Biltmore, and it was a great choice. We walked to a nearby restaurant, passing several open shops on the way. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast area is open and airy, and food options are extensive. Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property……
