"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"Not only is the hotel beautiful, well-equipped, and conveniently located, but the staff is the absolute best! Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we enjoyed a fabulous view of Sakurajima. Highly recommended!"

"An onsen at your room is a plus for that price, but if you are not driving is not recommended. There is no restaurant at the hotel and no public transportation around unless you want to want hour and half to get your dinner (one way)."
