“Amazing ”

“I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response.……

“距離松本車站僅5分鐘，週邊停車也很多選擇；去著名景點松本城步行約20分鐘左右，餐飲用餐的選擇也不算少。 房間內空間雖不算大，但配有洗衣機與體貼的晾曬位置，讓從上高地來回的旅客很是便利。 飯店下午提供一次免費的迎賓飲品（含生啤），夜間9-11pm提供宵夜（茶泡飯），可惜沒有體驗到。 飯店設有溫泉泡湯服務，但很可惜浴場較小且溫泉的溫度稍低，與預期的有點小落差。 但整體而言，是一間值得再訪並推薦的飯店”

“The service sucks due to the staff negligences. The staff forgot to return our passports after check in and after our check out without any reminders. After our departure, they even did not remind us. It took us 1.5 hours to drive back and take the passport.”

“Facility is very clean and staff are nice. There were special snack from 8 - 10 p.m. with ramen or ice cream for one guest during my visit. ”
