「This is my 3rd or 4th year consecutively stay in this hotel. All services are great, and staffs are kind and professional as usual. The only problem is this time my room wifi was very unstable. My phone or laptop disconnected and reconnected to the room wifi several times when I needed to use wifi.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect; it’s an easy walk to Tokyo Tower after dinner, and the night view is stunning. A special thanks to the concierge for helping us book a very popular restaurant—it truly made our evening. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of Western-style options, which we really enjoyed. As a historic hotel, the service remains professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again」
