"Breakfast is good but no inclusive with the room charges"
"In my view the best hotel for a stopover pre or between flights. Most of the hotels on the LHR northern perimeter road are tired and have seen better days. RR is an exception. Courteous and helpful staff, excellent very clean room and shower and a decent bar and restaurant."
"Good price for the hotel in London"
"Helpful and flexible staff. Check in and out flexible. Good clean rooms. Convenient location"
"The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight."
