「Amazing experience, but the bed was very uncomfortable so both of us had poor sleep and woke up in pain. Otherwise can’t fault the place. Staff very friendly and plenty of drink options at the bar. 」

「The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham...

「A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.」

「If you're looking for affordable accommodation, Hotel Ramala is one of the best options around. The food is excellent – I had breakfast and dinner there twice, and both were really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Junction 2 on the M5, with Aldi right beside it and Asda opposite. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants.」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「Very efficient, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The surrounding area felt a bit run down and unsafe. However the train station was nearby and there are several bus routes available. 」
