“Lovely property well situated just outside Aviemore. Holiday Park is lovely and well maintained and the chalet probably had the best view in the park! Well appointed and spacious, with excellent facilities and a great outside area. Phone signal in the area isn't the best and the WiFi sometimes is a little tempremental. We had plenty of room and would love to have stayed longer. Couple of great restaurants nearby and lots of walking paths. 10 mins by car from Aviemore and more amenities and……

“Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw……
