Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? 「My mother and I stayed at Jacobite House for 6 nights and had an excellent stay. Check-in was easy and quick, and our room (B1) was comfortable and spotless. When we needed anything, staff working on site were only too happy to help. Location can’t be beat; you are right in the heart of Inverness city centre, and you are within easy walking distance to all amenities. There is some noise from street level, but that quickly becomes white noise! We highly recommend staying here!」
