"Check in requires an app which we were not made aware of booking via Expedia. If it were not for another guest letting us know I don’t know how we would have got in. Calls and messages to Mansley are still unanswered. Expedia and Mansley need to communicate better. Get the Mansley app before going! There is no help on site. Nice apartment with great location."

"This was a great spot for our stay in Inverness and is located in a great area close to everything by foot. The bed and pillows were luxuriously comfortable and it was a clean and pleasant stay. Fair size bathroom with a heating rack which came in handy for hanging some clothing. The room is tiny but had everything you need including a small table and chairs by the window and a fan. There is also a very quiet living room space outside your room to relax and use the kitchen and microwave. We got an early check in which was lucky and also greatly appreciated. I would consider staying at this place if it’s available and you are only staying a day or two."

"Our room was clean and beds comfortable. The hallways/doors were very dirty. They need to assign a dedicated staff to do cleaning and maintenance every once and awhile. Scrub the doors, touch up the paint. The doors were so dirty I didn’t like touching them to open them. The staff/ reception was wonderful and helpful in every way. The rooms don’t have many amenities, just a kettle. We didn’t purchase breakfast here because the continental was only coffee and cereal, no toast or fruit. You had to order the full hot breakfast if you wanted a simple toast breakfast, the price vs value was not comparable to other hotels continental offerings. The location was perfect! Across from the castle, short walks to everything, and the bus around the corner if you’re a traveller. Lastly they have a late 11am checkout. All in all I was happy with the hotel."

"A nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms, what the hotel fails to tell you is there is ongoing construction with over half of the hotel covered in scaffolding. There is workers walking up and down the hallways from 0800-1600, in the lift which is small, walking through reception, the carpark is full of construction equipment so you have to park across the road that cost £10 a day. What annoyed me was the lack of information on the construction and the parking. It would be a 5 Stars if it wasn’t for the construction and the lack of information about the construction."
