“The room was adorable. The only thing I found inconvenient was I had to sit outside until check in time as there is no desk. Then you ring in and get your keys. Travelling alone it’s nice if you can leave your bag if you’re early. I was treated well.”

“The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient.
The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily.
The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful.”

“This lodging is a converted apartment(s) made into individual hotel rooms. There is a shared kitchen with full size refrigerator and freezer and couches and a dining space. I brought a silicone ice tray that I was able to put in the freezer so I had Icewater in my water bottles. The room was nice and the bathroom new and modern. “Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw……

“I stayed in three different hostels for my first Scotland trip. This is the best one out of the three. Definitely I will return during my next visit to Inverness. This hostel was the only one that could accommodate my request for a lower bunk bed, which I greatly appreciated, as I needed to wake up in early morning.

Very affordable rates and just about 15min walk from the town center. It is easier to walk from Morrison, and for those needing to travel to the airport, there is a bus……

“一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！
此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是 酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！
說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。
這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。
這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！
I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing.
