We liked our stay of two days. For longer vacations, the constant presence of larger travel groups (busses) might become a bit inconvenient, especially in the restaurant.

Great location being right on the river! I stayed in a single bedroom and the bathroom was awful. The soaps didn’t work in the shower even though I asked to have it fixed. Really very basic amenities in a decent hotel and a great location.

Nous avons été un peu déçu d’avoir une chambre qui n’était pas rattaché à la bâtisse principale. L’insonorisation était médiocre. Tous le reste était parfait

Nice 3 star quality clean and well located hotel. Front desk help is good but takes a while and there is not a concierge for help. It would be good if top sheets were included in the bed makeup as the rooms tend to be on the warmer side and the large comforters are too much. Wash cloths are included by request only. Upon requesting a top sheet and wash cloths I was met with a friendly response and quick delivery. There are no refrigerators in the rooms.

Perfect location along the River Ness, just across from Inverness Castle and around the corner from the Inverness Cathedral. Easy walk to downtown area with lots of good dining options. Hotel sits on the Ness Walk - excellent for after-dinner strolls along the river! Hotel was well-maintained and rooms were comfortable, although there is no air conditioning - would have been a helpful feature since it was a bit warm during our stay in mid-July. Staff were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay again if I return to Inverness!
