“Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and the unit was very well kept. Very happy that we were so close to so much public transportation. It is a little noisy for those who aren’t used to hearing the L train nearby. Parking is hard to find, but there is paid parking nearby and easy to access public transit. If you plan on parking your car for the full time you’re there.”

“Check in was pretty easy, 3 codes total to get into the apt but after a few days we had the codes memorized and it wasn't overwhelming anymore.Room was a bit crammed for 2 adults and a dog but we made it work for our 5 day stay. I would recommend that hosts have (2) luggage holders instead of (1). The bed was very comfortable and pillows were so soft!Apt was in a great location and neighborhood. We loved the area so much we may book there again if we visit Chicago again.You do either have to pay……

“Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood is very cute. Parking was not very easy to obtain and we had to park almost a mile away, but that's not the VRBO owner's fault. Just something to keep in mind. ”

“It was nice apartment. Entry directions were clear and easy to follow. It would help to say that the outside address is above the doir and not complete and the inside apartment number is above the door, not on the door and it sticks a bit. I appreciated facial tissues being provided.”

“This was a very nice apartment in a great area. The family that owns it is kind, helpful, and responsive to concerns. The central air was broken the weekend we were there, but they attempted repair and added window units prior to our arrival. They responded quickly when it was still too warm, adding a floor unit as well. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“I used to live in Chicago and have a short term rental in Ohio myself. This place is legit. This property is in the best location close to beach restaurants and bars. Perfect for college reunion. Rooftop was awesome place for us to catch up over coffee and plan the day. The kitchen has everything we needed. Speakers throughout was a nice touch. I can’t be more complementary of the hosts responsiveness and helpfulness. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We were initially lacking the code for the entry door, but it was handled very quickly, professionally and securely. The apartment is an excellent choice for a single person or a couple. It's a lovely space. Two possible improvements, a mattress pad. I like a firm bed, but others may not. Room darkening shades as the room never got dark. ”
