☆ Adjacent to this room is a private workspace that has two fold up twin beds in the closet for 2 additional guests.

☆ The 3rd bedroom is ideal for children and has a bunk bed and twin bed.
☆ All 3 bathrooms are completely renovated with new tubs, showers and vanities

Start your day streaming your favorite music and enjoying your favorite cup of coffee or espresso. Be sure to BRING YOUR FAVORITE COFFEE as the home is equipped with a coffee drip, french press and espresso machine. Enjoy a family dinner or a late brunch in our fully stocked kitchen. In the evenings, sit in front of the wood fireplace in the living room (or the gas fireplace in the master bedroom) and relax with a movie and some family fun.

Guest access
You will have full access to the home as it is not shared with any other guests. A smart lock code will let you in the front door. Exterior amenities on the property will also be available for use.

Other things to note
Visit the Scenic Catskills website for detailed information regarding all the Catskills Mountains Scenic Byway offers. An 8 minute drive gets you to Belleayre Beach and Belleayre Ski Mountain is even closer (1.9 miles)!

It is approximately a 1.9 mile drive up our road and at times it is narrow. Please drive with caution and at an appropriate speed. We are towards the end of the road, which adds to the privacy of our home!

Please be sure to scan and review hot tub rules prior to using as improper use of the amenity may lead to additional fees due to the need to drain and sanitize.

**While we provide citronella candles for outdoor dining, it is recommended to bring extra bug spray as needed.
