「The cottage was perfect for our getaway and we had bikes delivered to the property right before we checked in and enjoyed exploring the area, State Parks, and the beautiful beaches that surround Grayton. We loved the outdoor shower and grill and the front porch swing was perfect for happy hour. We will definitely be back!」

「Stay was great, but there was construction on the house next door so saws and power tools started up at 7;30 am. Not fun. Also, two of our vehicles got nails in tires.」

「Overall this was outstanding. Private beach to area and very quiet. The ONLY negatives whatsoever was some haphazard lighting wiring, blinds in the master bedroom wouldnt close (left about 2') of window, no lighting on the outside stairs and front door was replaced but not finished. While none of these were a big deal, they did not detract from the great location and good communication. Will absolutely stay here again!」

「This home and guest house were perfect for our family. There were 5 adults and 2 young children. The bunks were fun for the kids and the guest house was appropriate for the single son. Thanks to the helpful and generous host that allowed us occupancy a bit early after a long day of travel. Highly recommended!」

「My family of five and friends had an amazing stay for our spring break! This house was conveniently located to the free tram, shopping and restaurants. The tram rooms us straight to the beach where there were several amazing restaurants, snow cones and games. The house was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Staff communication was top notch as well! This was a great vacation for my family!」

「We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.」
