「Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!」

「If I could give 10 stars, I would! The house is beautiful and the view, even better! We stayed during 4th of July and had the best front row view for the fireworks from the back porch. I thoroughly enjoyed spending evenings and early mornings out there just taking in the ocean sounds and sights. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions and helping with a special request. We will definitely be back again soon!」

「We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. 「It was so quaint and lovely and the pull out couch was fairly comfortable! The location you can’t beat (although we thought it was Rosemary beach we were in but it’s actually seacrest). The beach location was a quick 5 min walk and the tram helped a lot. We rented bikes at the Peddlers Pavillion and getting around between towns was very easy.」
