“The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay”

“This property was completely misrepresented. The listing states it is “on the beach,” but it is actually across the street from the beach with no direct access. We left within 15 minutes of arriving because the unit did not match what was advertised. This was not a matter of preferenceit was a matter of inaccurate and misleading information. Travelers deserve transparency, and this listing does not provide it. The property denied a refund for the misrepresentation. But Expedia stepped up and……
