Great Place, very clean

Stayed here with my family for a long weekend. Hill City is a great central location in the Black Hills with easy access to the tourist attractions. Place is very clean great living room and kitchen. The view from the deck is amazing.

The property was better than expected! The online photos didn’t do it justice. It was centrally located to all the cites and experiences we had planned.

Perfect spot!

Had a wonderful stay at The Prospector. The location was great, the townhouse was clean, spacious. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to be able to park in a garage! And laundry is always a plus. Marcia was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

We loved the house.

It was perfect for the 6 of us. It was very clean and fully functional in every way. I did suggest to the property manager that some grab bars in the shower would be good, especially for older adults (our age ranges are 63 to 77). Otherwise the location was great as well as the view and the home.

Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was awesome. We had four kids and they played ball in the quiet street. It was close to a lot of activities in the hills.
