This 6 bedroom plus loft (queen bedding in loft) home with private *heated pool offers classic Hilton Head charm and stunning direct oceanfront views. With 3 levels and abundant amenities this is the perfect house for your next family vacation!

An oceanfront oasis in famous North Forest Beach! Outdoor island living at its absolute finest with ocean and beach views as far as one’s eyes can see. This house has everything for seaside fun in the sun, including a spa cascading down to a *heated pool, a screened-in porch off the living room, a private sundeck overlooking the entire pool area, a dune-side sunbathing deck, and a beach abound. There are three great living spaces–one on each floor. The 2nd floor features the main living area with a screened-in porch, dining room, and kitchen, all overlooking the ocean. Welcome to the grand–island–outdoors!

Spring break

First family vacation. It was wonderful! The entire process was easy and people were friendly and helpful. On the beach. Loved watching the sunrise. House was clean and atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. Lots to do in Hilton Head. Beautiful place.

150 steps to the ocean

We are a multigenerational family and this home was near perfect for our crowd. The showers are fabulous, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. The only addition would be a hand rail to get in and out of the pool and the hot tub if you have an elderly guest with mild mobility issues. Otherwise it is fabulous and you will not be disappointed.

Good place for a group

Check in was easy. Had one complaint about the pool a lot of debris had blown into it likely from the wind the night before check in, it was immediately responded to. Pool area was great. House was spacious and pretty for a large group. We loved having the bikes though one had a flat.

Property needs work. Not a 15,000.00 rental. Lights in the pool and hot tub didn’t work. Had to request the pool and hot tub be cleaned. Kitchen utensils and such were lacking.

Absolutely worst family vacation ever. Dated house, overpriced, crowded beaches, biting ants all around the pool, ridiculous lines everywhere, slow service and just ok food anywhere we went, and our bicycles stolen by teenage punks. Never coming back.

Not perfect, but good

The house had a great location being so close to Coligny Circle shops. The beach and pool were great. The house was nice, but a little shabby in places- worn, tired furniture, scuff marks on the walls, etc. The kitchen was top notch and the master suite was huge. Nice screened-in porch and a lot of room for the 11 people on our trip. The other bedrooms are rather small and the basement bedrooms are dugeon-like. Some of the bedrooms had no chest of drawers, so there’s no where to put your clothes during the stay and the other bathrooms are tiny. For the money, I thought the place would have been a little nicer, but overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Beautiful outdoors a bit old indoors

This property was a lot less expensive than other property that slept 14, and was beachfront...and we found out why. Bathrooms were small and tight, bedrooms were split up awkwardly, and overall it was a bit old, musky, and warm. You get what you pay for!! HOWEVER, the outdoor area was wonderful! Pool area was spacious, very short walk to the beach, and Lots of landscaping, palms, and shade.

Absolutely perfect!

This was the best vacation our family has ever had. The house was nicely appointed and all the amenities we needed were right there. You could not ask for a better location or ease of use of a property. The only downfall was lack of parking but we made it work and can't wait to return here!
