** Barrington Court Building exterior maintenance and recoating project is tentatively scheduled to begin in November 15, 2025 and extend through March 15, 2026. This will include cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project.
