Great vacation home

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family. Downstairs bedroom for grandparents with walk in shower and the other 3 bedrooms worked out great for my husband and I, our 2 daughters and son. Loved the proximity to the beach (about .25 mile) and the easy access to get out of sea pines through the ocean gate. But being in Sea Pines we had all the access to the bike paths. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful HHI Escape

This home delivered as advertised: - Impeccably clean - Well-appointed - Well laid out considering we had elderly and teens traveling with us - Super convenient to South Beach, Harbortown, and practically everywhere else in and around Sea Pines. This home provided the perfect escape into HHI for a few days. The kids were able to have their own space giving them a feeling of independence throughout the trip. The main floor living area was perfect for adult hangouts or even when the kids wanted to spend time with us. The pool was perfectly sized and even though we didn't heat it for the week, it received enough natural light during the day to make the swimming comfortable. The outdoor living space was well appointed and having both a gas grill and BGE-type charcoal grill made for some wonderful meals. This is definitely a home we will look at for future visits to the island! Thanks again for a great stay!

Great for Two Families

We had two families - four and five, so 9 total - it was a great amount of space in that the smaller kids were able to have the bunk room, our preteen had a room, and then the parents had the other two separate rooms. There is a good amount of open space which we all enjoyed hanging out in. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen was a great size but could use a couple more utensils. Additionally, the pool was a great size - the photos make it look smaller but it is actually big enough where two dads and 4 kids were swimming and playing. The heat worked well and the kids stayed in the water for hours at a time.
