Villa was in the heart of HHI. Close to everything. Beautiful location. Walking distance to pool and tennis courts. Loved the patio furniture and grill.

Not as advertised!

Sunset Rentals staff were kind and tried to be helpful but this property should NOT be on the market. It was musty, dirty and unkept. The patio furniture hadn’t been cleaned and was in disrepair. The toilets barely flushed. I do not recommend staying at this property and it is my first BIG DISAPPOINTMENT with VRBO

Spacious and comfortable

The unit was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The only negative we felt is the living room sofa and chairs could use updating. We had great weather. Love the Evian area.
Stayed 7 nights in May 2021
