  • Welcome to Mariner’s Way Retreat!
    Mariner’s Way Retreat is a beautifully renovated top floor(4th) 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa in the heart of Harbour Town-Sea Pines located above retail and next to marina, playground, lighthouse and restaurants. Walk to restaurants, general store and other retail. You are truly in the middle of all that Harbour Town has to offer.

    Easy keyless entry check in. New code generated for each guest.

    Enjoy the free trolley which stops right beside the building from May 16, 2026 to September 7, 2026. During the summer the trolley is the only way to access the Beach Club. There is no parking or drop offs. This location makes access to the Beach Club very convenient. The Beach shuttle is available March 21, 2026 to September 7, 2026. Schedule will be provided. With the trolley, retail, and general store you can stay a week without needing to get into your car.

    After Labor Day weekend trolley service stops but you can park your car at the Beach Club. The Beach Club is just under 2 miles from our villa so it is also accessible by bicycle.

    Your stay at Mariner’s Way Retreat also includes access to the Harbour Town pool at no extra cost. The Harbour Town pool is heated/cooled to optimal temperature starting mid March through late November and is a short walk from the villa.

    Mariner’s Way Retreat has beadboard cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances and no carpet. All linens are provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin and the Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa in the den. The kitchen is equipped and includes a coffee/keurig maker, toaster, blender and a crock pot.

    There are few parking spots for the Mariners Way complex or there is a small lot by the building or the larger Harbour Town parking lot. There are luggage carts under the stairs. Harbour Town is a popular destination and can be very busy especially in the summer. Using the free trolley is a great way to get around Sea Pines.

    This villa is strictly pet free and smoke free. The building is also smoke free. This includes balcony and breezeways.

This was honestly one of our best VRBO experiences! The place was spotless, super cute, and very cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had amazing water pressure (always a bonus!). The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the marina and several great spots for food and drinks.The host was fantastic, very responsive, provided tons of helpful information, and sent everything in advance so we had time to plan before arriving. We’ll absolutely be coming back to the area and will definitely try to stay here again!

Amazing hospitality and stay

Perfect place to stay during your trip to Hilton Head

The property is perfect for a visit to Hilton Head. Amazingly convenient location - walking distance to stores, a pool, the harbor and restaurants. Great space, clean and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The owner provided all the details and follow up we needed to enjoy our stay all the way through the process. Definitely book!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was very tastefully decorated as well as comfortable. Communication with the owner was as easy as it gets, as was the check-in process. The location is excellent as it is in the harbor within easy walking distance to shops, trails and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Location is great. They need a list of how to’s for the master shower. The tv needs to be Chanel so you could get sports and news. Movie lovers would be happy. Over all good.

Ideal Location

We loved our unit and the location to all things in Harbourtown & Sea Pines. Very convenient if you have younger children. We also appreciated it had a washer/dryer, different size beds to accommodate, and the listing info was accurate! Would recommended!

The very BEST!!!

We stayed 4 months in this beautiful condo. Loved the place. Trust the pictures & details of the property. Kim is wonderful to work with. Everything is just great: comfortable beds, nice linens & towels, great TV package in 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, quick/timely communication, clean, wonderful location. Only downside is that we are limited to 5 stars!! Definitely recommend.

Happening location!

Adorable, well appointed condo in the middle of everything. Located directly above shops and The Crazy Crab restaurant. Guest bedroom is perfectly furnished with a queen and twin beds to accomodate most families. The included pool and Sea Pines passes were much appreciated. Parking was a bit of a challenge during this crowded week with minimal dedicated spots for Mariner's Way, but the trolley is located just around the corner and it was very convenient.

Perfect location for long spring weekend in Sea Pines

My communication with the owner was excellent pre trip and continued all weekend. The unit was well appointed with a lovely view of the Liberty Oak and SHORT strolls to the marina, pool, cafe, stores etc.- right in the heart and soul of Harbour Town in Sea Pines. And let me add that the trolley was just outside the building’s gate to take you to the Sea Pines Beach Club with it’s stunning beach! We do not have a single negative and dozens of positive comments.

Great location in a beautiful area.

Condo was nice size, picturesque location in midst of shops and restaurants yet very quiet.We were there in mid Sept so may be noisier in summer when a band plays nearby.Kitchen on small size but had essentials. Who wants to cook at the beach anyway? Nice to have two bathrooms however, as an older adult, a grab bar in the shower would have been nice. Patio was adequate for 2 people.Unit was spotlessly clean and owner very responsive.We managed to get a parking space nearby most days but in summer may be a challenge.

Good Stay

Location is great! The Lighthouse, shops, ice cream parlor and eateries and only a few steps away. Bedding was comfortable and all kitchen utensils were provided. Nice size tv (~50”) in the den/sitting area. Outstanding communication from the host. She responded to text msgs within an hour or less. The couch is a little soiled, however. I simply covered the area with a few towels before sitting. That’s the only reason this unit didn’t get 5 stars from me.

Incredible stay

We love HHI! We’ve been coming since our honeymoon and decided to come down for a quick weekend with our 2 kids. We were obsessed with this property. For a 2 bedroom, the large den made it feel very spacious. Well decorated. The ease of just going down stairs to hang out in Harbor Town or hop on the trolley for the beach or Salty Dog was incredible. Also- some hosts ask for a ton these days with clean up- all we were asked to do was dishes. True ease with the rental from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend more highly. My fave VRBO when you combine price with ease and incredible location. We plan to do this once a year going forward! Thank you for such a great stay! Also- we’ve stayed at VRBO where you have to pick up keys or passes once you get here. Back to ease- they send you a voucher in the mail, you pull up to the gate at sea pines to get your pass. And there’s a code to get in the room. They truly could not have made this any easier.

This condo was an absolute gem. Spotlessly clean, spacious and in the BEST location we could have asked for. The host was easily reachable and responded quickly. We had a slight issue with the AC, and this is not a complaint, but rather a rave, because it was all handled so swiftly and resolved without any interruption to our trip. I would 100% stay here again and pray I am lucky enough to do just that in the not too distant future! We had a fabulous 3 generations “girls” trip!
