Immaculately clean property! Kitchen was well stocked and included very thoughtful touches as well as a lovely welcome gift basket. Linens were fresh and lovely. Bedding was very nice and comfortable. Slight learning curve when working the elevator but once we mastered it, it was a wonderful addition for elderly and disabled guests. Online photos did make the rooms appear larger than they actually were but there was plenty of room for all 14 of us, and our dog. Management quickly addressed any issues we had (and I mean, on the doorstep in 15 minutes flat.) Now, that’s what I call great customer service!

Noisy area

The house is fine, but needs some upkeep. For this price point I would have expected things to be a little better maintained. Also I didn’t realize this “neighborhood” is completely all vacation rentals so beware if you’re looking for a quiet area because it certainly isn’t. I wish prior reviews would have mentioned this fact as I would have looked for something else.

Perfect location

In Hilton Head for family wedding. House was in a perfect location, short easy 10-15 minute walk to beach. Shopping & restaurants very close by. House was lovely, heated pool wonderful as it was a chilly weekend. There are numerous similar houses to rent in the same gated neighborhood, so if staying on the Island with others for an event or vacation, it would be and was very convenient to be near each other.

Family Vacation

This beautiful house was a perfect “home” for our three-generation family vacation. It was an easy walk to the beach and the private pool was nice for the grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix meals for our group. The house had plenty of livable space (living room, dining space, bedrooms and baths) for family time together. We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Hilton Head Island.

Spacious retreat

We only had 5 in our group but there was plenty of room for more. Everything we needed for the beach was here. We were even able to cook a couple of our meals as the kitchen was well stocked with serve and cook wear. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean and luxurious!!

We came down for a recruit graduation and for family reunion in one. This place provided us with enough space for everyone that wanted to stay and also gave us the space to cook and entertain those who chose to stay elsewhere. While in January it was a bit cold to use the pool it was maintained and heated which was very nice. The showers are huge and the beds and furniture very comfy. The neighborhood while still being built up is very quite in the evenings and they don’t start until a decent hour in the morning. There were no inconveniences or annoyance because of the construction. I will book this place again next time I’m down. Thanks So much to Jennifer for great service.

Beautiful House

We loved our stay. Great place to bring kids. Ours hung out in the kid room most of the time! It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. We had minor issues but Jennifer and Candice were right on top of everything, they are great to work with. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
